💳 Bank Transfer – After confirming your order, I will send you the payment details. Your order will be shipped once the payment is received. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to me. I'll be happy to provide you with a QR code for an easier transaction. 

💰 PayPal – A fast and secure way to pay. A €2 fee applies to cover PayPal's transaction costs.

⚠️ Custom-made jewelry orders require upfront payment. Since production begins only after payment is received.

All orders are sent as registered mail, meaning each package is assigned a tracking number, allowing you to check its current location at any time.

✈️ Which services do I use?

📦 Slovak Post Office:

he insurance conditions here are different – if you choose standard shipping, the post office reimburses a certain amount of the package value along with the shipping cost in case of loss. If you choose the "Parcel to Post Office" option, all shipments up to €100 are fully covered. 

• Slovak Post Standard Shipping – €3.00 (delivery within 3 days after shipping)

• Parcel to Post Office - €3.50 (delivery within 3 days after shipping)

• Slovak Post first class - €3.80 (you will receive the package the next day after dispatch)

📦 Packeta

All shipments sent via Packeta are insured in case of loss. If the package is lost during transit, you will be refunded the full amount, including the shipping fee. 

• Packeta – €3.50 (delivery within 2–3 days after shipping)

📦 Europe (Other Countries)

• Slovak Standard Post – €8.00 

• Delivery usually takes about 1 week but may vary depending on the country.

✈️ Outside Europe

• Slovak Standard Post – usually around €10 (the exact price depends on the destination country).

• Delivery may take approximately 2 weeks or longer, depending on local postal services and customs procedures.

⚠️ Important Notice

Once the package leaves Slovakia via Slovak Post, I am no longer responsible for it. Shipping is handled by the carrier, and I have no control over possible delays or lost shipments, however, assistance will be provided in tracking the package and contacting the shipping company in case of loss.

Each package is carefully wrapped and contains:
✔ The ordered jewelry 💎
✔ A hand-drawn, wax-sealed envelope with a care card for the jewelry
✔ A business card with stickers as a small gift 🎁

✔ When purchasing a tin jewelry piece, you will receive a pouch to store it and a cloth to clean it

✔ A small gift – a mineral pendant, ring, or, for larger orders, a beaded necklace (if available in stock)
