💰 PayPal – A fast and secure way to pay. A €2 fee applies to cover PayPal's transaction costs.
⚠️ Custom-made jewelry orders require upfront payment. Since production begins only after payment is received.

I do not set the shipping costs; they are determined by the postal services I use.

All orders are sent as registered mail, meaning each package is assigned a tracking number, allowing you to check its current location at any time.

📦 Slovak Post Office:
he insurance conditions here are different – if you choose standard shipping, the post office reimburses a certain amount of the package value along with the shipping cost in case of loss. If you choose the "Parcel to Post Office" option, all shipments up to €100 are fully covered.

All shipments sent via Packeta are insured in case of loss. If the package is lost during transit, you will be refunded the full amount, including the shipping fee.

Once the package leaves Slovakia via Slovak Post, I am no longer responsible for it. Shipping is handled by the carrier, and I have no control over possible delays or lost shipments, however, assistance will be provided in tracking the package and contacting the shipping company in case of loss.

What will you receive in the package?
Each package is carefully wrapped and contains:

✔ A hand-drawn, wax-sealed envelope with a care card for the jewelry
✔ A business card with stickers as a small gift 🎁
✔ When purchasing a tin jewelry piece, you will receive a pouch to store it and a cloth to clean it
✔ A small gift – a mineral pendant, ring, or, for larger orders, a beaded necklace (if available in stock)
