Before you order your necklace:
The standard necklace length is 35–40 cm. If you need a shorter or longer version, please let me know in advance—either via message or by adding a note at checkout.
The estimated processing time on the website is listed as 1 month, but I usually try to ship within 2 weeks. The longer timeframe is just in case some materials are temporarily unavailable. Each necklace requires an entire strand of pearls, and since I now order my freshwater pearls from abroad (my previous Slovak supplier has closed), there may occasionally be a short wait for restocking.
Please keep in mind that real freshwater pearls have naturally varied shapes and may not be identical to those shown in the photos—consider the images as illustrative. However, I always hand-select only the highest quality pearls, free from visible flaws or damage.
I use high-quality components made of stainless steel or silver. Although the necklace is water-resistant, real pearls will gradually lose their luster if worn in water, so I recommend avoiding contact with water whenever possible.
Inside the necklace is a fine platinum wire, which makes it slightly flexible and easy to store—you can even fold it gently into a pocket. The heart pendant is made of lightweight glass, but just like any piece of jewelry, please handle it with care to avoid drops or impact.
With proper care, your necklace can last a lifetime. I also include a soft polishing cloth to help clean the pearls if they start to look dull (e.g., due to sweat or frequent wear). Please avoid spraying perfume or cosmetics directly onto the necklace.
The price may seem higher, but it reflects the cost of premium materials and the time, care, and craftsmanship I put into each piece. Each necklace is made with a lot of intention and energy.
